The Snorkeling Bear

Posted by Trae Mundt on

Bradley oil painting by artist Trae Mundt. Portrait of red yellow brown bear wearing blue snorkel and blue mask swimming in water up to his mask. Bradley has a white nose. The water is painted with shades of blue. The sky has a few white willowy clouds.

🐻 May I introduce Bradley, the snorkeling bear? This bear loves exploring offshore reefs.

He was quite the challenge to paint! Do you like how I painted his snorkeling mask & the reflections in the water? I had to really think through every part of this painting from the composition to the final choice of colors.

There's something different about this bear when compared to all the others. Do you see what it is? (Answer below)

Art prints of Bradley are available in three sizes… 6x6, 8x8 and 10x10. These limited edition prints have a 1” border around the artwork for easy matting and framing. And, I personally sign and number each print. If you know someone who would love having Bradley displayed in their room, please feel free to share this post with them.
