How do I sign up for Trae's BEARIE Newsletter? You can subscribe at the bottom of my home page or my subscribe page.

How often is the Newsletter sent out? My newsletter is sent out 3-4 times a month featuring new artwork, pics, videos and other fun news featuring the Bearie Blvd. Bears ®. My subscribers are the first to see new Bearie Blvd. Bears ® 🐻 art.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

Please make sure your shipping information is correct. I am not liable for packages sent to a wrong address due to an error on the buyer’s part.

How long will it take for my artwork to arrive? I use USPS. For art prints order processing time is 2-3 business days. You will be notified when your order has shipped. Your tracking number will be provided. After you add items to your cart, you will see the following shipping options.

United States:

  • FREE Standard Shipping for all orders in the continental United States. If you need expedited shipping please contact me.
  • PRIORITY Mail: $14.00 Ships in 2-5 business days plus 3-5 business days (not guaranteed) for USPS transit.

Canada:

  •  Shipping for orders up to $25.00- Flat shipping rate of $25.00.
  • Shipping for orders $25.01 to $250.00 - Flat shipping rate of $45.00.
  • Orders over $250.00 -Flat Shipping rate of $55.00

 

RETURN POLICY

What is your Return Policy?  If you change your mind about your purchase, I understand and want to make it right for you. Prints and non-commissioned paintings can be exchanged for a credit on traemundt.com for the full amount, minus any shipping costs as long as the following conditions are met:

  • 7 days from receiving the artwork you must let me know that you would like to return the artwork. 
  • Your artwork must be unused and in the same condition as when it was shipped. It must also be in the original packaging.

What if I decide that I would like to return my artwork but the 7 day window has passed? Please send me a message. Your satisfaction is very important to me.
