Katie - Labrador Retriever - Pencil on Paper
I got an email from a dear friend asking me if I still sketched portraits. I responded, "Yes, I do!"
We worked together. She supplied the reference photos, and I went to work with my graphite and charcoal pencils.
Katie enjoyed going over to her neighbor's house for milk bone treats, and she loved to jump onto the ottoman and curl herself up in her faux fur blanket.
This portrait was a Christmas gift.
