Idaho State Flower - The Syringa
The Syringa is a flowering shrub that gives off a sweet fragrance. The flowers are white. They have four petals, and they grow in clusters.
In my rendition I chose to draw a cluster of four flowers with two vibrant greens. When you zoom in the details become more visible. Each pen stroke creates texture in the flowers, leaves and stem.
The Syringa is also known as the mock orange.
