Are you like me? My Christmas celebration begins when the poinsettias are bought and placed throughout my house.

Be Still is a watercolor painting of poinsettias painted in shades of red and green. I placed my poinsettia plant in front of me and took my time drawing the pencil outline of the red and green bracts (modified leaves).

Some artists like to leave their pencil marks. I like to erase mine. I love the composition and colors of this watercolor painting.
